Saqib brings over two decades of leadership experience across the charity, social impact and care sectors. He has successfully led organisations ranging from growing charities to complex international organisations with multi-million-pound budgets. As Chair of One Ummah, he provides governance oversight for an organisation managing approximately £30 million annually, overseeing strategy, risk management, safeguarding, financial controls and organisational performance. Saqib also has direct experience within regulated care services through his role as Director of Arale Care, where he worked alongside the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission requirements and quality standards. His expertise includes governance, safeguarding, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, strategic planning, organisational development and leadership. As Responsible Individual, he ensures Eden Foster Care maintains the highest standards of governance, accountability and safeguarding.
